4th Quarter 4 Paws Returns for Its Third Year
As 2025 enters its final stretch, Gateway Recruiting is proud to bring back our annual 4th Quarter 4 Paws campaign for the third year in a row.
This initiative is about more than closing out a successful year in recruiting… It’s about giving back. Through 4th Quarter 4 Paws, a portion of every placement made in Q4 goes directly to The Barking Project, a nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs at risk of euthanasia due to overcrowded shelters.
Every Role Filled Creates a Second Chance
When you partner with Gateway to fill your roles this quarter, you’re not only building stronger teams, you’re also helping dogs across Texas find their way into loving homes. Each placement fuels The Barking Project’s mission, ensuring more rescues have the funding and support they need to save lives.
This year alone, The Barking Project’s annual adoption event:
- Raised over $51,000 for partner rescues
- Welcomed 25 rescues from across Texas
- Had 200+ dogs in attendance, with 70+ finding loving homes
Despite rainy weather, the turnout was inspiring! And the impact will last far beyond the event. All funds raised are distributed among participating rescues, amplifying their life-saving work year-round.
