The Barking Project

Meet Our Community Partner

Launched in Spring 2022, The Barking Project was created to bring together animal rescues across Texas for large-scale adoption events. Focused on saving dogs at risk of euthanasia due to overcrowded shelters, the project partners with rescues to find these animals loving homes. The Barking Project continues to support the life-saving efforts of its partners by raising funds and awareness to expand their impact.

The Barking Project founders, Allison Frizzo and Emily Hoffman, share their story and mission on Good Morning Texas.

We’re thrilled to announce that The Barking Project has successfully raised over $44k from their recent annual event held on May 5th, 2024. This significant achievement will make a real difference in the lives of countless animals. All proceeds raised from The Barking Project events are distributed among the participating rescues to further their mission.

The Barking Project’s commitment to saving lives doesn’t stop here. They’re already hard at work fundraising for their next annual event. If you’re inspired by their mission and want to make a difference, we encourage you to donate to The Barking Project. Your support will help them continue their vital work of rescuing and rehoming dogs in need.

Gateway Recruiting is proud to partner with The Barking Project. Our collaboration began following the success of our 4th Quarter 4 Paws campaign in 2023, and we look forward to continuing our support for their impactful work.

4th Quarter 4 Paws | Recruiting with Heart

During our 4th Quarter 4 Paws campaign, Gateway Recruiting donated percentage of our Q4 profits to The Barking Project. This initiative was our way of giving back to the community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of animals in need.

By choosing Gateway Recruiting for your recruitment needs, you’re not only helping your business grow but also directly contributing to the welfare of shelter animals. Every partnership with us becomes a partnership for a cause.
