Her path to recruiting began after years in medical sales, where she discovered her favorite part of leadership wasn’t just achieving numbers, it was hiring, mentoring, and watching her team members grow into successful careers. That passion for helping others succeed ultimately led her to the world of recruiting in October 2025.
Outside of work, Samanda finds joy in spending time with her family, working out, cooking, baking, and exploring new places. She’s also deeply committed to her community, volunteering for over seven years with her children’s elementary school PTA, including several terms as Vice President and chairing major fundraisers.
