Lauren Dyck is the Senior Director of Client Relations at Gateway Recruiting, where she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and conscious approach to building lasting partnerships. With a background in brand strategy, audience engagement, and digital content, she’s passionate about creating impactful experiences and fostering meaningful connections. Lauren stepped into her role at Gateway Recruiting to return to a position that allows her to connect with people on a daily basis while continuing to challenge and grow her professional skill set.
Known for her empathy, sharp instincts, and clear communication, Lauren is a strong advocate for her clients and a natural relationship builder. She also gives back through her volunteer work with Austin Blessings and takes pride in making a positive impact wherever she can. Among her proudest accomplishments: raising her children, contributing to meaningful projects at Dell and ARC4ME, and walking through life’s most difficult moments with resilience and grace.
Outside of work, Lauren loves pickleball, mahjong, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her energy and vision make her a trusted leader and a valuable part of the Gateway Recruiting team.
