Job Summary:
The US HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the US entity. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. The US HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the global HR strategy, company’s goals, and values, while also ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive employee experience.
