Summary:

As a critical member of the Treasury Team, you will support the cash management function for all domestic and international financing activities on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries. You will interact with senior leadership and business unit financial leaders across the globe to identify areas to continuously streamline processes while improving controls with the company’s cash management and treasury activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash management activities including cash pooling, auto-funding, and positioning.
• Coordinate weekly cash forecasting including variance analysis on actual to forecast.
• Assist with bank account opening/closing, account signer changes, diligence, and controls.
• Maintain Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM).
• Serve as primary system administrator for online banking portals.
• Assist with corporate investments, commercial paper, dividend payments, share repurchase, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Track, analyze, and report on bank account analysis fees and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Training Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of two (2) years of treasury or finance experience is required.

       Other Requirements:

• Experience in bank account compliance, reporting, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Treasury workstations and online banking platforms is preferred.
• The ability to work competently under time constraints and a willingness to work all days that banks are open for business (including company holidays/shutdowns) is required.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills required.
• Required to demonstrate ability to perform duties and exhibit excellent record of attendance.
• Have or earn the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation within 18 months of hire.
• Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated by the start date unless medical or religious exceptions apply.
• Be willing to work in the CHQ office Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
