Summary: The Trade Compliance Specialist (“TCS”) will create, implement, facilitate, and enforce Company trade compliance policy and practices in accordance with the corporate policy under the direction of the Project Engineering Manager and Corporate Director of Trade Compliance. The TCS will develop a deep understanding of the Company products and systems in order to perform product classification; ensure the trade compliance process is robust and reaches all required areas of the organization; promote trade compliance visibility and transparency through the use of technology, internal metrics, and audits; assist Company stakeholders in navigating the compliance landscape; perform regular training of all employees tailored to each department’s needs and involvement with trade compliance, and interact with and support the Corporate Director of Trade Compliance (“DTC”).
