Total Rewards Analyst

Position Summary:

Reporting to Sr. Director of Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Temp will assist the team in various areas, including but not limited to Compensation, Wellness, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and ready to take on a variety of tasks in the Total Rewards department. A background in Compensation is highly preferred, specifically in benchmarking and market pricing. ADP experience is a plus. This is a great role for someone who is looking to gain some experience in benefits and wellness while also utilizing their experience and knowledge of compensation practices.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create and review position job descriptions, working with HR to ensure complete and accurate. Evaluate roles for appropriate Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) classification.
• Assist with market pricing requests as needed.
• Participate in various compensation surveys and annual data collection.
• Perform biannual review of positions, gender, and pay to ensure alignment of experience and wages.
• In coordination with HRIS, manage state reporting requirements for pay analysis. Validate data before submission and work with Sr. Director for impact analysis.
• Assist with rolling out our Walking Spree programs as currently scheduled/designed.
• Assist Benefits Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Two (2) years of Human Resources experience, concentration in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to work independently with multiple demands and timelines is required. Should be comfortable working with a team and independently.
• Proven ability to research and analyze information.
• A high level of integrity, trust, and ethics is required.
• Previous experience having worked with ADP Vantage is preferred.
