The technical manager is responsible for the management of the site’s engineering team, and maintenance department and for providing technical guidance to production and utility operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to safely maintaining reliable equipment throughout the site and leading the engineering team to complete both capital and non-capital projects to improve safety, reliability, and cost improvements. This position requires organizational skills to coordinate contractor activities when necessary. This position is a part of the Site Leadership Team and requires skills to coordinate activities with corporate resources and technical expertise. This position reports to the Site Manager.
