About the role:
The Senior Manager, HEMA for the Interventional Oncology franchise has responsibility for developing and leading global strategies to ensure successful market access and meaningful health economic and value propositions. This is a highly visible and influential role, representing the HEMA function to all stakeholders within the IO business.
We are seeking a strong strategic leader to oversee upstream and downstream HEMA initiatives for a large, market-leading IO franchise. The successful candidate will have a history of successful experience in medical device strategic reimbursement and market access, facility, and physician reimbursement in a variety of settings, US health and payment policy, and payer relations with public and private payers. This HEMA leader will positively influence business strategy as the primary HEMA resource for the IO product portfolio. Outstanding communication skills are required, with the ability to assess, create and convey complex reimbursement strategies to senior management, customers, physicians, medical societies, trade associations, payers, and payer intermediaries.
