Senior Pricing Analyst

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for providing reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders for quoted pricing in support of our 400+ person Sales department.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze and configure system-suggested pricing for outliers, competitiveness, and improvements.
• Communicate results monthly to senior leaders, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
• Review and analyze quote data to ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales, and Executive Operations.
• Work with support functions, including IT, to configure and manage the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Pricing, or Sales.
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
