Senior International Tax Analyst

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax returns.
• Apply knowledge of recent tax reform concepts (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc.) to assist in meeting the reporting requirements of the Company’s OUS operations.
• Research complex tax issues and be proficient in interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations.
• Assist with the annual and quarterly tax provision processes, including review and analysis of OUS tax provisions, analysis of tax accounts and reserves using Longview tax provision software. This includes a working knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting and other necessary FAS pronouncements, as well as internal controls.
• Assist with responding to IRS audit information requests.
• Participate in special projects including providing support for international tax planning transactions.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE:

• Reports to Manager- International Tax.
• Interacts with personnel throughout the tax and finance organization.

BASIC EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3‐5 years of international tax experience.
• B.A./B.S. in Accounting/Finance required.

Preferred skills:

• Public Accounting or Fortune 500 corporate tax experience preferred.
• CPA and/or MST preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Corptax reporting software is highly preferred, but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
