Responsible for management and leadership of the Sales Representatives and Technical Service Representatives in a specified territory. Plan, organize, direct and control assigned territory pacemaker and ICD sales activities to accomplish agreed-upon, long-term strategic goals and the business plan which will include the development of an effective direct and independent sales force to achieve the forecasted market share and revenue growth per year. Provide assistance in the development of new local, regional, and national accounts and in the maintenance of current accounts. Responsible for the management and implementation of company policies.
