The Regional Ethics & Compliance Leader works closely with lawyers, business leaders, and other stakeholders in the region and at the corporate level. The person in this role must bring a strong understanding of compliance risk management, be adept at developing strong relationships, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity. Effective leadership and influencing skills (critical thinking, results-oriented, etc.), including a strong reputation for integrity, objectivity, impartiality, fairness, and sound judgment are required.
