The Regional Business Director, Sales provides leadership, strategy, and vision in developing revenue-generating activities and initiatives to achieve the business plan for the designated regional geography, in support of the company’s long-term strategic sales plan. This position will drive business growth in both strategic and ancillary markets and segments with relationship management to provide extraordinarily high levels of customer satisfaction and coach the sales team in overall messaging and selling techniques. The role continually analyzes the market for business opportunities, evaluates those opportunities, and initiates well-structured, management-approved initiatives that support those opportunities. This role provides education and training to physicians and target customers or clinical investigators. The role is responsible for the service and management of designated accounts and leading other Sales professionals and the Therapy Specialists/Managers for the designated geographic region.
