The National Sales Director will have the opportunity to define the sales strategy, build out an outside sales team, assist in building out an inside sales team, and guide the organization by providing critical customer insight. All of this opportunity comes with tremendous responsibility. The Director will need to identify and hire the right people in the right geographies, be able to coach and develop, design, and implement the right compensation program, develop a repeatable sales process, find creative solutions, and achieve growth expectations. Although the level of responsibility and personal accountability is high, you will not be out on an island.
