JOB SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the company’s training programs for physicians, field-based representatives, and other key stakeholders. This role ensures that all programs uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity and reflect a “patient-first” philosophy.
The Manager brings strong clinical expertise in aortic therapies, paired with a deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles, to deliver effective and impactful training. Success in this position requires close cross-functional collaboration, alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives and business objectives, and active engagement with physicians and industry opinion leaders to advance the company’s mission and drive excellence in patient care.
