Job Description:

Primary liaison between IT and business.
Works directly with clients and applies IT and business knowledge and experience to develop and understand the business and business requirements to support and solve technology-related business problems.
May assist in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management, and project delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Requires broad and deep technical experience related to analyzing system needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
Highly developed skills and experience in business management, business intelligence, and management engineering.
Proactively initiate enhancements to mitigate against future problems.
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
Partners with Corporate and Division service providers to investigate and solve incidents and problems. Determines and develops approach to problem resolution
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Works with minimal management direction.
May have indirect team responsibility.

Qualifications:

Experience

4-6 years of Business Analysis experience with Data warehousing, ETL, Business Intelligence, and Cloud technologies background (required)
Experiences with software development lifecycle SDLC (required) Experience supporting systems across multiple functional groups (required)
