Job Description
The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with International Customs and Domestic trade regulations for the company’s corporate markets and plants located in the US, Canada, and Middle East/EMEA. This includes but is not limited to: Denied Party Screening, Anti-boycott and Sanctions, AES, ECCN, Marking and Labeling Requirements, reporting and subsequent policies and associated training. The colleague will work closely with suppliers, internal company functions and governmental agencies to provide 100% accurate declarations to Customs.
