The Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing Leader – G&A Functions will collaborate closely with G&A (Finance, IT, HR/CAA, and Legal) leaders, HR business partners, and recruiters to build and deliver candidate pipelines aligned with business needs. This role will be accountable for the G&A recruiting strategy and ensure the Company can access and recruit diverse and extraordinary talent. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will influence global corporate talent acquisition approaches and processes.
