The Field Training Manager will provide bold and dynamic leadership and vision on the development, planning, implementation, and tracking of a comprehensive and world-class field training curriculum. The individual will be responsible for leading New Hire Training (NHT) and Tenured Training (TT) education for the Field Sales and Clinical Support teams across the entire CRM portfolio globally to support the business unit’s overall strategy and goals.
Using strong leadership skills and agility, the incumbent will be responsible to lead the Global Field Training team:
Leveraging a global mindset and a passion for training this role will require the individual to align all Company CRM regions on a single global curriculum that can be deployed with minimal modifications to help foster a consistent training experience for all trainees; to help align the messages that our reps and customers hear, and to streamline the amount of training content creation.
