Financial Analyst III

Position Description:

• Provide operational support for Invoicing for AI/ML and Annotation team.
• Most of the work is tracked through Email, Excel, and any tracking system that is existing (or) suggested by the company.
• The work is prioritized as per the nature of the Job.
  • Validating the invoices against the Purchase Order, and Statement of Work.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate between the company and various vendor partners.
  • Perform the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities and Tasks as per the defined processes.
  • Attend Review Meetings with the team.
  • Support project-based billing for LLM / FM
  • Metrics analysis and continuous process improvement
• Run financial analysis in Excel and develop keynote presentations for senior leadership.
• The consultant will also work on all the activities that are mutually reviewed and agreed upon.
• Work will be assigned by the manager and prioritized based on work volume.

Required Skills include: 

• • Good with numbers
  • Understanding of basic finance
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Good communicator both spoken and written (presentation)
