Finance Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively lead and mentor the site cost accounting team, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and developing the team.
• Provide leadership and support for the monthly closing process, monitoring production cost centers, projects, and assessments, and taking proactive steps to ensure accurate financial results.
• Coordinate the annual budget process for the manufacturing site.
• Provide oversight and input into the financial reporting process, including analysis of performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Ensure site compliance with corporate policies and procedures, GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Oversee both daily and annual product costing requirements for the site.
• Lead the monthly forecasting process for on-site manufacturing units.
• Serve as a member of the Site Leadership Team
• Perform ad hoc analysis as required for the site.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA /BBA Accounting or Finance, certificates, and advanced degrees are considered a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Advanced SAP skills are a plus.
• Strong ability to lead and develop a team.
