Our dynamic team in New Braunfels is seeking a well-spoken, driven, technology-savvy, organized individual to join our team! Prior recruiting experience is not required, but a plus!

This position would be focused on working in our headquarters in New Braunfels, but we are flexible in our delivery.

Required:

• Must live in New Braunfels or be willing to Live/Work here (Or close enough to commute daily!)
• Must have strong technology skills (Office, Outlook, Google, Excel, Internet Sourcing, Booleans, Linkedin, Zoom/Skype, etc)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize your workday.
• Must be able to learn quickly and enjoy Learning!
• Ability to think creatively and on your own!
• Must have Drive.
• Want to succeed and be a self-starter!
• Not afraid to make Cold-Calls!

College or Secondary Education is preferred.  New College Graduates considered!  (Or relevant Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Technology experience)

Our first-year recruiters average 60-100k a year in compensation, but there is no cap on compensation.
