Education & Marketing Coordinator

 Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Patient Engagement & Communication:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to coach and support volunteers in basic patient-facing conversations
  • Comfortable guiding patients through sensitive conversations around device therapy

Program Coordination:

  • Experience managing schedules, tracking volunteer availability, and matching patients
  • Ability to maintain organized records (e.g., using Excel, Salesforce, or similar tools)
  • Ensures timely follow-up and accurate reporting of interactions

Volunteer Management:

  • Experience recruiting and onboarding
  • Can lead basic training sessions

Operational Mindset:

  • Self-starter who can work independently and improve workflows
  • Looks for efficiency in tracking, reporting, and engagement strategies

Healthcare Exposure (Preferred):

  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is critical
  • Bonus if they’ve worked in MedTech, hospital call centers, or patient access
