DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer would be responsible for managing the Azure & other Cloud DevOps environments and ensuring that the software development team can work efficiently in a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

They will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of software applications in a highly automated environment, and in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Duties:

• Configure and maintain the Azure DevOps environment for the software development team.
• Manage and maintain the CI/CD pipeline and ensure that all code is validated, built, tested, and deployed using automation.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate various aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines.
• Building baseline.
• Developing and maintaining automation tools and toolchains for infrastructure management, continuous integration and deployment, and other DevOps functions.
• Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation, and scalability.
• Be the solution ambassador for cloud solution, architecture, related technologies, and their interdependencies.

Job Qualifications:

Required:

• BS/BA degree, ideally in computer science, engineering, or a comparable background.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience working as a DevSecOps architect or in a related role.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role with Azure DevOps, including configuring and managing build and release pipelines.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Solid understanding and experience of CI/CD concepts and experience with Azure DevOps tools, such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Boards.
• Expertise in working with GitHub and/or GitLab.
• Experience with MLOps Pipelines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
