In this position, you will play a key role for the Endoscopy CSE team with a variety of responsibilities including strategy, reporting and analytics, forecasting, compensation plan development and execution, field sales awards program development and execution, and process improvements. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department and the wider Endoscopy division through your contributions. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service, developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration.
