JOB SUMMARY:

Communicates project progress by producing reports to provide timely and accurate project status. Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues.
Works with BTS management and Implementation partners to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, and deliverables
Manages risk and provides management visibility to high-risk items
Plans, executes, and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets
Measures performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget
Communicates effectively, both formally and informally
Manages communication and negotiation with external partners to obtain required solution design and project size.
Coordinates Data Management resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assigns tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.
Ensure compliance between business strategies and technology directions
Support planning, controlling, and monitoring, risk management, and resource management to best meet project objectives
Lead and manage data integration and conversion areas of planning, co-ordination, and meeting customer expectations for SAP releases
Effectively communicate end-to-end impact of master data to business and technical stakeholder groups.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

Experience delivering information technology projects in SAP
Experience delivering projects related to SAP master data, preferably MDG
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent prioritization skills to balance key priorities
Self-motivated learner, with a fast-learning curve to acquire required expertise
Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
6 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects
Knowledge of project management methods. Hands on experience with SLC methods and tools.
6-8 years of IT and ERP experience in large global company
Experience in setting IT or business strategy and business IT alignment
Strong project management skills
Good communication, logical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus
Experience with GxP validation and/or other regulated environments
