Business Development Principal Specialist

Business Development:

Responsible for growing the PEQ business, negotiating & managing business relationships.

• Drive organizations and technology’s international sales team to grow the proprietary equipment business for achieving annual targets
• Supports the sales organization by providing a consultative sales methodology.
• Collect and analyze market data to implement a business development plan in alignment with regional sales directors.
• Support the technology business unit which specializes in process development and technology licensing of energy-efficient and cost-effective process technologies.

Marketing and Relationship:

• Assist marketing to produce effective marketing communications and campaigns.

• Analyze suppliers and manage relations to negotiate favorable contracts.
• Research vendors and assist with vendor selections and project implementations
• Suggest product development based on market needs and identify new opportunities for our business. 
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with channel partners/affiliates.

Development and systems:

• Establish standards and processes to efficiently and reliably execute equipment sales contracts.
• Develop a strategic decision-making & governance process.
• Research vendors and assist with vendor selections and project implementations.
• Facilitate company initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with adequate infrastructure & processes to support growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering 
• 8 years of experience in the design, operation, and sales of heavy equipment (exchangers, vessels, skids, furnaces, or rotating)
• Business development in the oil and gas industry with some direct experience in a lead role in critical process plant heavy equipment project management/manufacturing; and international business development for critical high-end process plant heavy equipment.
