About Ryan Smith
Ryan Smith is a well-rounded and motivated Executive Recruiter at Gateway Recruiting, Inc. He believes in Gateway Recruiting’s principles of Integrity, Loyalty, and Professionalism. He aims to provide timely and focused recruiting services and solutions to emerging, expanding, and established companies.
Prior to his recruiting career, Mr. Smith worked in sales and design for customized pools, later joining Gateway Recruiting in 2015. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the great outdoors and likes to spend time hunting, fishing, and snowboarding. His greatest joy is spending time with his two amazing children.
His background in sales and design gives him an understanding of the importance of “attention to detail” and the ability to understand his client’s needs. Mr. Smith is determined to match the right candidate to the right position and is committed to helping people find the job opportunities that align with their skills and passions.
