About Alanna Nichols
Alanna Nichols is a fierce Recruiting Manager at Gateway Recruiting, Inc. She believes in the three Q’s when it comes to recruiting: Quality, Quantity, and Quickness, and combines this belief with Gateway Recruiting’s dedication to providing timely and focused recruiting services and solutions to emerging, expanding, and established companies.
Prior to her career in recruiting, Alanna worked as an Associate Director of College Counseling, helping high school students on their journey to college. After 12 years in education, Alanna found her passion in recruiting and became a part of the Gateway team in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys expanding her horizons by reading, traveling, being outdoors, and participating in CrossFit. In her spare time, Alanna volunteers with Kinetic Kids, an organization that aims to provide enrichment to the lives of children with special needs and their families through sports, fine arts, and educational programs to foster the development of courage, confidence, fitness, pride, joy, and community.
With her work experiences, and alongside her volunteer experience, Alanna has a unique perspective on working with people of diverse backgrounds. She is determined to find the best talent for her clients and is committed to helping candidates find the job opportunities that align with their skills and passions.
